European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) – Bargiacchi is the Founder and Executive Director of the European Centre for Electoral Support, www.eces.eu. He is also implementing for the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry the distance learning project Innov-Elections, www.innov-elections.eu providing capacity development on electoral matters to an important numbers of African Countries.
