Peking University, Beijing (China) – Professor of Political Economy and Public Policy at the National School of Development, Peking University. His most recent publication (forthcoming) is Climate Mitigation and Adaptation in China: Policy, Technology and Market (Springer). Previously he was a research associate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, Harvard University, and held faculty positions at School of Economics and Management, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, and School of Government, Peking University.
