Keith Maskus

University of Colorado – Maskus is Arts and Sciences Professor of Distinction in Economics at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was Chief Economist of the US State Department from 2016 to 2017 and a Lead Economist at the World Bank in 2002. He has served as a Research Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics and a consultant for the World Bank and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He has written extensively about various aspects of intellectual property rights, international trade and investment, and technology.
