Luc Renneboog

Tilburg University (Netherlands) – Prof. of Corporate Finance at Tilburg University. He graduated with degrees in business engineering and philosophy (Cath. Univ of Leuven), with an MBA (U of Chicago) and with a PhD in Finance (London Business School). His research is on corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, takeovers, dividend policy and art markets, and has been published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, American Economic Review, Management Science, Organization Science, etc.
