Monika Sus is a Jean Monnet Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies at the EUI in Florence, Italy and a postdoctoral Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance. She has coordinated a foresight process on the future of EU foreign policy within the Dahrendorf Forum, a collaboration project between Hertie School, London School of Economics (LSE) and Stiftung Mercator. Prior coming to Berlin, she held an assistant professor position at the DAAD-founded Centre for German and European Studies at the University of Wroclaw. She has been granted several scholarships i.e. by the Robert Bosch Foundation, the Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation and by Academia Europea de Yuste. She has been a visiting fellow at the Centre Canadien d’études Allemandes et Européennes at the University of Montreal and the EU Centre of Excellence at the University in Pittsburgh. She has published widely on different aspects of the European foreign and security policy.
