Raffaele Della Croce
OECD – Raffaele Della Croce is a Senior Economist at the OECD and Senior Fellow at Collegio Carlo Alberto in Turin. He has been Senior Fellow at Imperial College in 2019/2020 at the Centre for Climate Finance and Investment in London. He is responsible for producing research and analysis on sustainable investment, low carbon infrastructure financing, impact of innovation and infratech for resilience. Recent work includes ESG Investment in infrastructure part of the OECD Business and Finance Outlook published in October 2020. At the OECD he has launched the “Institutional Investors and Long-term Investment” project gathering major pension funds, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds across the world. As coordinator of the G20/OECD Taskforce on Long Term Investment he has been contributing to policy discussions at the level of G20, Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the European Commission. This work was developed in close collaboration with major organizations such as the World Bank, IMF, EIB and Asian Development Bank. Invited regularly to investor’s conferences to present, moderate and chair sessions. Represented the OECD to G20, APEC, Financial Stability Board and UN meetings. Raffaele earned a doctorate degree from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford; he holds a master’s degree in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University, City of New York and a graduate degree in economics and business administration from Sapienza university of Rome.
