Canon Institute for Global Studies

The Canon Institute for Global Studies is a private non-profit think tank that was established as a general incorporated foundation in December 2008 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Canon Inc. in 2007. The Institute conducts various research activities in line with Canon’s corporate philosophy of kyosei – living and working together for the common good – with the aim of contributing to global prosperity and the well-being of humankind.
